(1) It is an unlawful employment practice for a licensee to discharge, demote, suspend or in any manner discriminate or retaliate against an employee of the licensee with regard to promotion, compensation or other terms, conditions or privileges of employment on the basis that the employee has in good faith reported information to the Oregon Health Authority that the employee believes is evidence of a violation of ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722 or a rule adopted under ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722.\n(2) This section is subject to enforcement under ORS chapter 659A.
