Subject to any applicable provision of ORS chapter 183, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may purchase, possess, seize, transfer to a licensee or dispose of marijuana items as is necessary for the commission to ensure compliance with and enforce the provisions of ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525 and 475C.540 to 475C.586 and any rule adopted under ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525 and 475C.540 to 475C.586.
