(1) A person may hold:\n(a) Multiple licenses to conduct at different premises the same activity for which a license is required under ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525; and\n(b) Multiple types of licenses to conduct at the same or different premises different activities for which a license is required under ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525.\n(2) A person that holds a license issued under ORS 475C.548 may not hold a license issued under ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525.
