(1) Notwithstanding the lapse, suspension or revocation of a permit issued under ORS 475C.273, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may:\n(a) Proceed with any investigation of, or any action or disciplinary proceeding against, the person who held the permit; or\n(b) Revise or render void an order suspending or revoking the permit.\n(2) In cases involving the proposed denial of a permit issued under ORS 475C.273, the applicant for the permit may not withdraw the applicant’s application.
