(1) In order to transport marijuana items, a licensee must create a manifest that contains the following information:\n(a) The name of the driver of the transport vehicle;\n(b) Identifying information for the driver’s permit issued under ORS 475C.273;\n(c) The license plate number, make and model of the transport vehicle;\n(d) The name of the licensee from which the marijuana or marijuana items are being transported;\n(e) A detailed inventory of the marijuana and marijuana items being transported;\n(f) The location of any overnight stop during transportation, and the estimated time of the overnight stop; and\n(g) The destination of the marijuana and marijuana items being transported.\n(2) Except as provided in subsection (1)(f) of this section, a manifest created under this section is not required to include transport route information.\n(3) The transport driver shall carry in the transport vehicle a copy of the manifest.
