(1) Except for a marijuana producer that holds a license issued under ORS 475C.065 or licensee representative of a marijuana producer that holds a license issued under ORS 475C.065, a licensee or licensee representative may not possess a mature marijuana plant.\n(2) A licensee or licensee representative may not sell a mature marijuana plant.
