(1) It is an unlawful employment practice for a licensee to discharge, demote, suspend or in any manner discriminate or retaliate against an employee of the licensee with regard to promotion, compensation or other terms, conditions or privileges of employment on the basis that the employee has in good faith reported information to the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission that the employee believes is evidence of a violation of ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525 or 475C.540 to 475C.586 or a rule adopted under ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525 or 475C.540 to 475C.586.\n(2) This section is subject to enforcement under ORS chapter 659A.
