The Marijuana Control and Regulation Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Marijuana Control and Regulation Fund shall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission to administer and enforce ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525, 475C.540 to 475C.586, 475C.600 to 475C.648 and 475C.925.
