(1) A person other than a marijuana processor that holds a license issued under ORS 475C.085 may not process cannabinoid extracts into a cannabinoid product.\n(2) A person may not produce, process or store homemade industrial hemp extracts.\n(3) Violation of this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
