Except for ORS 475C.489 and 475C.493, ORS 475C.005 to 475C.525:\n(1) Do not apply to the extent a person acts within the scope of and in compliance with the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act; and\n(2) Do not amend or affect duties, functions and powers of the Oregon Health Authority under the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act.
