(1) The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission shall establish an advisory committee to advise the commission, the Oregon Health Authority and the State Department of Agriculture on establishing and maintaining standards for testing the potency of marijuana and marijuana items, as those terms are defined in ORS 475C.009. The members of the committee must include members who are:\n(a) Representatives of the commission, the authority and the department;\n(b) Stakeholders in the marijuana industry; and\n(c) Individuals who have expertise in the potency testing of marijuana and marijuana items.\n(2) The commission may adopt rules to carry out this section.
