Nothing in ORS 475C.770 to 475C.919 requires:\n(1) A government medical assistance program or private health insurer to reimburse a person for costs associated with the medical use of marijuana; or\n(2) An employer to accommodate the medical use of marijuana in the workplace. [Formerly 475B.794]
