A designated primary caregiver may assist the designating registry identification cardholder with any matter related to the medical use of marijuana, including:\n(1) The production of marijuana at the address provided by the registry identification cardholder to the Oregon Health Authority pursuant to ORS 475C.783 (2)(f); and\n(2) The processing of marijuana into cannabinoid concentrates or medical cannabinoid products.
