(1) A person responsible for a marijuana processing site, or a person responsible for a medical marijuana dispensary, may assign that responsibility to another person.\n(2) If an assignment is made under this section, the assignee must submit to the Oregon Health Authority proof that the assignee meets the requirements and restrictions set forth in:\n(a) For marijuana processing sites, ORS 475C.815 (2)(d) and (4); or\n(b) For medical marijuana dispensaries, ORS 475C.833 (2)(d) and (4).\n(3) The authority may prescribe the form and manner of submitting proof under subsection (2) of this section.
