(1) For purposes of ORS 475C.770 to 475C.919, seeds of the plant Cannabis family Cannabaceae are a propagant of nursery stock as defined in ORS 571.005.\n(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1) of this section, the production and processing of seeds under ORS 475C.770 to 475C.919 is not subject to the labeling or other requirements of ORS 576.715 to 576.744 or 633.511 to 633.750.
