As used in ORS 477.205 to 477.281, unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) 'Grazing land' means forestland, within a forest protection district, that has been classified as Class 3, agricultural class, as provided by ORS 526.305 to 526.370.\n(2) 'Timberland' means forestland, within a forest protection district, that has not been classified as Class 3, agricultural class, under ORS 526.305 to 526.370.
