Contracts or agreements under ORS 477.406 may provide, among other things, for any or all of the parties to do any one or more of the following:\n(1) Exchange services on a cooperative basis.\n(2) Provide services, supplies and equipment in return for cash payment or other compensation.\n(3) Loan or lease equipment.\n(4) Subcontract obligations.
