(1) Regular meetings of the Emergency Fire Cost Committee shall be held quarterly prior to the day set for meetings of the State Board of Forestry, as otherwise provided by law. Special meetings of the committee may be called by its chairperson or by three members. The act or decision of any three members shall be deemed the act or decision of the committee.\n(2) A staff member of the State Forestry Department shall be designated by the State Forester to serve as administrator for the committee.
