It is unlawful, during a fire season inside or within one-eighth of one mile of a forest protection district, to:\n(1) Smoke while working in or traveling through any operation area.\n(2) Use fuse and caps for blasting unless approval is granted by the forester. [Formerly 477.165; 1997 c.274 §11]
