The Department of Consumer and Business Services may:\n(1) Collect fees for shop inspections, or for inspections, testing, consultations, site visits or other services for which no fee is otherwise specified, in the amount of $75 per hour of travel and inspection time.\n(2) Collect a fee for welding and inspectors’ examinations and for the renewal of inspectors’ certifications.
