As used in ORS 496.815 to 496.825:\n(1) 'Department' means the State Department of Fish and Wildlife.\n(2) 'Director' means the State Fish and Wildlife Director.\n(3) 'Person' means an individual, corporation, association, firm, partnership, joint stock company, municipal corporations and all other political subdivisions of the State of Oregon. The federal government or any of its agencies are specifically excluded. [1985 c.674 §1]
