As used in ORS 526.305 to 526.370, unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) 'Committee' means a forestland classification committee.\n(2) 'Governing body' means the board of county commissioners or county court of a county, as the case may be. [1965 c.253 §33; 2009 c.69 §3]
