The State Board of Forestry, after consultation with the advisory committee appointed pursuant to ORS 526.700, shall prepare and submit a report to the Seventy-sixth Legislative Assembly that contains the following information regarding the Forest Resource Trust Fund:\n(1) Program accomplishments;\n(2) Financial assistance payments to participating landowners;\n(3) Revenues received by the fund; and\n(4) Expenditures made from the fund.
