When used in ORS 530.210 to 530.280, unless the context clearly would be otherwise:\n(1) 'Bonds' are the general obligation bonds of the State of Oregon issued pursuant to Article XI-E, Oregon Constitution.\n(2) 'Forestland' is any land suitable for the production of forest crops.
