(1) Except for violations arising from activities under contract with the State Board of Forestry or the State Forestry Department, and subject to ORS 153.022, violation of any rule or order adopted pursuant to ORS 530.050 is a Class A violation.\n(2) Multiple violations of any rule or order adopted pursuant to ORS 530.050 shall be considered a single violation. However, each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate violation.\n(3) Violations and punishments set forth in this section are in addition to and not in lieu of the provisions of ORS 164.305 to 164.335.
