In order to provide funds for the purposes specified in Article XI-I (1) of the Oregon Constitution, the Water Resources Commission may request the State Treasurer to issue bonds in accordance with the provisions of ORS chapter 286A. [1977 c.246 §19; 1981 c.660 §45; 2007 c.783 §215]
