The board of directors may appoint stakeholder advisory committees to:\n(1) Advise the board of directors on aspects of the operation of the district;\n(2) Assist with community outreach and citizen participation; and\n(3) Advise on such other matters as the board of directors deems necessary or beneficial to the district.
