(1) Violation of ORS 561.170 is a Class C violation.\n(2) Violation of ORS 561.200 is a Class C misdemeanor.\n(3) Violation of ORS 561.220 or 561.230 is a Class A misdemeanor.\n(4) Violation of ORS 561.590 is a specific fine violation punishable by a fine of not more than $5,000.
