The Director of Agriculture shall immediately declare the office of a member of the Oregon Hemp Commission who is a producer or processor vacant if the director finds that:\n(1) The member is no longer actively engaged in hemp production or processing;\n(2) The member has become a resident of another state; or\n(3) The member is otherwise unable to perform the duties of the office.
