(1) A commodity commission may adopt rules establishing the amount of payment that a member of the commission receives under ORS 292.495 (1) for each day or portion of a day during which the member is actually engaged in the performance of official duties. The amount may exceed, but not be less than, the amount of payment that would otherwise be provided under ORS 292.495 (1).\n(2) Members, officers and employees of a commodity commission shall receive their actual and necessary travel and other expenses incurred in the performance of their official duties. Subject to any limitations described under ORS 292.495 (2), the commission shall adopt uniform and reasonable rules governing the incurring and paying of such expenses.
