(1) In accordance with applicable provisions of ORS chapter 183, the Oregon Wine Board may adopt rules necessary for the administration of ORS 576.850 to 576.877.\n(2) Notwithstanding ORS 182.460 and 576.856 (1), employees of the Oregon Wine Board are not eligible for inclusion within the Public Employees Retirement System.
