(1) The State Department of Agriculture shall fix and establish standard grades to apply to all grain received for shipment or storage by public warehouses in this state. The department may establish standard grades for forage products, including but not limited to straw and hay and for other agricultural commodities received for shipment or storage at such warehouses.\n(2) The standards shall be established or changed in accordance with the provisions of ORS 632.900 to 632.935.
