The State Department of Agriculture may revoke or suspend, or refuse to issue or renew the license of any person who does not or has not complied with the provisions of this chapter or the regulations promulgated thereunder. [1953 c.677 §18; 1961 c.425 §8; 1971 c.578 §13]
