(1) In any public eating place serving meals for compensation at which a butter substitute colored to imitate butter is served, the owner or manager shall cause the butter substitute to be served:\n(a) In triangular pats or triangular bricks; or\n(b) On a parchment paper that is clearly marked or labeled with the words 'margarine' or 'butter substitute.'\n(2) The administration and enforcement of this section is vested in the State Department of Agriculture.
