(1) The State Department of Agriculture may suspend, deny or revoke any certificate of shellfish sanitation issued under this section for violation of any applicable provisions of ORS 622.010 to 622.180 or any rule promulgated under ORS 622.180.\n(2) Procedures for denial, revocation or suspension of a certificate shall be as provided in ORS chapter 183.
