No city, town, county or other political subdivision of this state shall adopt or enforce any ordinance, rule or regulation regarding pesticide sale or use, including but not limited to:\n(1) Labeling;\n(2) Registration;\n(3) Notification of use;\n(4) Advertising and marketing;\n(5) Distribution;\n(6) Applicator training and certification;\n(7) Licensing;\n(8) Transportation;\n(9) Packaging;\n(10) Storage;\n(11) Disclosure of confidential information; or\n(12) Product composition.
