(1) The State Department of Agriculture shall issue or renew a private applicator’s certificate if the applicant or certificate holder meets the certification standards established by the department pursuant to ORS 634.306 (14).\n(2) A fee, established by the department, shall be assessed for a private applicator’s certificate or renewal thereof. The fee may not exceed $25. The time for which a certificate is valid shall be five years. [1973 c.341 §20; 1979 c.232 §2; 2003 c.14 §390]
