The court may award reasonable attorney fees to the prevailing party if:\n(1) A claim of misappropriation is made in bad faith;\n(2) A motion to terminate an injunction is made or resisted in bad faith; or\n(3) Willful or malicious misappropriation is found by the court or jury. [1987 c.537 §5]
