(1) ORS 646.608 (1)(ddd), 646A.100 to 646A.110 and 646A.112 apply only to persons who engage in the retail sale of merchandise in the regular course of their business.\n(2) ORS 646.608 (1)(ddd), 646A.100 to 646A.110 and 646A.112 do not apply to public officials acting within the scope of their duties as public officials.
