Unless otherwise agreed:\n(1) On a warranty claim, a supplier shall provide reasonable compensation for the retailer’s costs, including but not limited to:\n(a) Diagnostic services;\n(b) Repair services;\n(c) Repair parts; and\n(d) Labor.\n(2) For labor on warranty service, a supplier may not pay a retailer an hourly rate that is less than the rate that the retailer charges for nonwarranty service.\n(3) For repair parts on warranty service, a supplier may not pay a retailer less than the amount that the retailer paid for the parts plus a reasonable allowance for the shipping and handling of the parts.\n(4) A supplier must allow a reasonable time for a retailer to complete warranty service.
