(1) The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may adopt rules to implement and enforce ORS 646A.430 to 646A.450.\n(2) The director may investigate warrantors or other persons as reasonably necessary to enforce ORS 646A.430 to 646A.450 and to protect consumers in this state.
