(1) As used in this section, 'coerce' includes threatening to terminate, cancel or fail to renew a dealership agreement without good cause.\n(2) A grantor may not coerce, or attempt to coerce, a dealer:\n(a) To purchase a product that the dealer did not order;\n(b) To enter into an agreement with the grantor; or\n(c) To take any action that is unfair to the dealer.\n(3) A grantor may not require a dealer to enter into an agreement that requires the dealer to submit to binding arbitration.
