As used in ORS 652.630 to 652.640, unless the context requires otherwise:\n(1) 'Bonus' means an increase in the agreed rate of compensation based on the amount of time worked during a perishable agricultural product season or based on the amount of a perishable agricultural product that is harvested.\n(2) 'Labor contractor' means a farm labor contractor as defined in ORS 658.405.\n(3) 'Producer' means a person who raises perishable agricultural products.
