For purposes of ORS 653.025, 'nonurban county' means any of the following counties:\n(1) Baker;\n(2) Coos;\n(3) Crook;\n(4) Curry;\n(5) Douglas;\n(6) Gilliam;\n(7) Grant;\n(8) Harney;\n(9) Jefferson;\n(10) Klamath;\n(11) Lake;\n(12) Malheur;\n(13) Morrow;\n(14) Sherman;\n(15) Umatilla;\n(16) Union;\n(17) Wallowa; or\n(18) Wheeler.
