Any family leave or medical leave taken under this chapter must be taken concurrently with any leave taken by an eligible employee under ORS 659A.150 to 659A.186 or under the federal Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (P.L. 103-3) for the same purposes. [2019 c.700 §5]
