Each labor contractor license shall bear on its face such information as is prescribed by rules of the Bureau of Labor and Industries, including but not limited to:\n(1) The name and address of the licensee and a statement that the license is not valid after the expiration date.\n(2) The number, date of issuance and expiration date of the license.\n(3) A statement that the license shall not be transferred or assigned.
