Section 12437 - Appropriations for handling, storage and distribution of surplus foods

(a) Appropriations.--Council may appropriate from city funds money for the handling, storage and distribution of surplus foods obtained through a Federal, State or local agency. (b) Validity of previous appropriations.--All appropriations of money previously made by council for the handling, storage and distribution of surplus foods obtained through a Federal, State or local agency are validated.
