Section 2903 - Establishment

There is established a program to be known as the Machinery and Equipment Loan Program. The program shall be administered by the authority and provide loans to business enterprises for machinery and equipment. (Oct. 22, 2014, P.L.2569, No.161, eff. Nov. 1, 2014) Effective Date. Section 6(1)(i) of Act 12 of 2004 provided that section 2903 shall take effect upon publication of the guidelines required by section 2912. Cross References.
