Concurrent with the submission of the Governor's annual budget message, the department shall submit the report required by this chapter to all of the following: (1) The Secretary of the Senate. (2) The chairperson of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate. (3) The Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives. (4) The chairperson of the Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
