(a) General rule.--A contract or agreement under this part shall be dated and in writing. (b) Clear and conspicuous provisions.--The headings, notices and language of a contract or agreement under this part shall be clear and conspicuous and meet the following requirements: (1) Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, the language in a contract or agreement under this part shall be in at least eight-point type. (2) A heading in a contract or agreement under this part shall be in at least ten-point bold type.
